Abdool Fareed Soreefan

Director (Client Service)
Chartered Secretary from the UK Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and holds a Mastersin Business Administration (Finance), UK.
11 years experience as a Court Officer with the Mauritius Judicial Department and worked for about a year with the secretarial arm of KPMG as Deputy Manager being in charge of its secretarial and insolvency departments.
On 1st August 1995, he joined International Financial Services Limited (since acquired by SANNE two years ago to become SANNE Mauritius) andis involved for 23 years now in fund set up/administration and all aspects of global business including compliance, corporate secretarial and transfer agency, structuring, legal.
He is part of the senior management team at SANNE Mauritius and serves as a director of global business companies and investment funds.

Sateeta Jeewoolall

Sateeta currently holds the position of Associate Director at SANNE Mauritius.
She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics (Hons) from the University of Mauritius.
Prior to joining SANNE Mauritius in September 2003, she was with PricewaterhouseCoopers (Mauritius) in the Audit department. At SANNE Mauritius, she headed different teams responsible for administration and accounting of Private Equity Funds and global business companies for several years, and then joined the Onboarding and Structuring team.
Over the years, she has developed in-depth knowledge of the financial services sector coupled with practical know-how on the operations, regulatory and compliance aspects for global business entities.
She sits on the Board of a number of global business companies and investment funds.

Seewooruttun Indranathsingh (Ashvin)

Is a Member of the Association ofChartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) UK and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Management from the University of Mauritius. He is currently pursuing a Master in Business Administration from Heriott-Watt University, Scotland.
Ashvin has been with Sanne Mauritius for over 10 years and has developed in depth knowledge of the financial services sector coupled with practical know-how on the operating, regulatory and compliance aspects for global business entities.
He currently heads a team of 10 people and oversees a diversified portfolio comprising of a mix of collective investment schemes, closed-end funds, investment advisors, trusts and investment holding companies.
He has also been involved in fund structuring and set-ups and has been exposed to the different areas of the global business industry including administration, secretarial, legal, tax, advisory and accounting. He serves as director of some global business companies.

Shafiiq-Ur-Rahmaan Soyfoo

Senior Manager
Is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) UK, holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with Finance and a Master of Business Administration (Specialisation: Financial Services) from the University of Mauritius.
He has been with SANNE Mauritius for 12 years and has developed depth knowledge of the financial services sector and has been exposed to the main areas of the industry including legal, tax, administration, accounting, anti-money laundering and corporate secretarial fields of financial and non financial services entitiesincluding trusts.He has also been involved in fund structuring and set-up of funds and global business companies and administration of both open-ended as well as closed-ended funds.
After heading a team specialised in Collective Investment Vehicles (also referred to as open ended funds or mutual funds) which handled Net Asset Value calculation, accounting, registrar, anti-money laundering and administration, he moved to lead a team of 20+ people specialized in Private Equity Funds and oversees a portfolio of 70+ financial and non-financial services entities (including closed-end funds, investment holding companies and Cayman & BVI based funds).
Shafiiq is a director on a number of boards, including closed-ended, hedge fund and corporate vehicles.

Tooram Gopall

He has been with SANNE Mauritius for over 10 years and hasdeveloped knowledge of the financial services sector and has been exposed to the main areas of the industry including legal, tax, administration, accounting, anti-money laundering and corporate secretarial fields of financial and non-financial services entities (including Cayman & BVI based funds). He has also been involved in fund structuring and set-ups of funds and global business companies.
He is currently a cluster head of the closed end fund unit, a specialised unit looking after private equity funds, investment managers / advisors and special purpose vehicles.
